It will be an inner club festival pre-tournament event.
Plan will be to get all our teams together at both East and West complexes. Start on a Saturday with games at East complex and finish on Sunday with games at West complex.
I. Format:
A. Ages with multiple teams can play round-robin w/in age grpB. Ages with only 1 team can play down age against top team offered at that age and can play up age against lowest ranked team in the above ageC. Premier teams can play within and primarily up an age groupD. U9 and U10s can do large round-robin format, perhaps even two divisions
 
II. Parameters
A. Concessions stands-would like volunteers staffing concessions stands at both complexesB. Sponsorships: might be possible to get local vendors to provide small sponsorships for little things like ice-cream rewards
 
III. Trophies = Ice Cream gift certificates

If your child plays for a team training at WGFC - East then you can register online. Contact your coach for codes to the ADG system. If your child plays for a team training at WGFC - West then currently you need to fill out registration form and submit this to your team manager or at the Recreation Center.
