ATTENTION PARENTS, The U14 - U19 signing day(s) choices are June 22nd or June 23rd at either Chestnut Log or E. Carrollton Park at 6:30 pm. Please complete and bring your payment plan form . We will be taking cash, check or credit card. Bring a copy of your player's birth certificate if you do not have one on file with us already.
